Tis the Season

The farmers alamanac has predicted 8 hurricanes for the season. 15 named storms and 8 of them will be hurricanes, 4 of which will be intense. The east coast has a 45% chance of getting slammed with one of them and the Gulf coast is looking at 44% chance. Crappy odds if you ask me. Good rain for those of us more inland, bad for you folks on the beach.

And I have family in New Orleans. I don't think I can go through another Katrina.

*sigh* No bright side to this one. =(
